We work with patients recovering from a range of experiences and health backgrounds to provide tailored physical therapy.
With a team of professional physical therapists and physical therapist assistants, we work with each patient as they go through a recovery process to ensure that their ongoing physical training matches their recovery needs. Our physical recovery coaching program can help you get back on your feet while you are recovering from surgery and other physical injuries.
Why Physical Recovery Coaching?
Physical therapy works best when you can address your specific situation and limitations. Recovery coaching is a form of physical therapy and personal coaching combined, which levies both the routine of physical training and the recovery benefits of improving your physical health to overcome the challenges often faced by people in any form of recovery.
Recovery can be a difficult process for many. For all forms of recovery, the process is both physical and mental. We believe that physical recovery coaching is an excellent way to realign and regain strength in the body and mind.
Why Our Recovery Coaching?
Crom Rehabilitation is centered on providing a welcoming, non-judgemental environment where people can reach their maximum physical potential and conquer any condition they’re facing. Our staff is composed of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants with experience in a wide range of health care settings. With backgrounds ranging from acute and long-term acute care hospitals to inpatient and outpatient hospitals, sports medicine clinics, and rehabilitation hospitals, our team is dedicated to facing your recovery needs side-by-side.
Our Process At Crōm Rehabilitation
Our process is designed to help you effectively achieve your recovery goals. Your first visit will consist of a 60 minute evaluation to determine your condition and assess your needs. Once this evaluation is completed, we will design a personalized treatment plan based on the findings in your evaluation. Beyond that, specific treatments and techniques, as well as the duration and frequency of your subsequent treatment sessions will be based on your individualized needs.
Patients will have a unique set of therapeutic exercises built into their plans of care for follow-up visits. On the day of the evaluation, patients will also be given a home exercise program to match their current physical states. This home exercise program can consist of bodyweight exercises or even gym equipment and machines. The program will be advanced over time as the patient begins to meet goals specifically set from the day of the evaluation. The typical length of treatment is 4 weeks before patients are independent with their programs and are able to get back into the gym or community exercise setting.
With a specialized plan in place, we will help you achieve your physical health and recovery goals. Our aim is to help everyone find a recovery and physical therapy plan that truly addresses their needs.
