Joey Tat, PT, DPT, is a physician therapist at Crom Rehabilitation in Pearland, Texas. Dr. Tat enjoys treating patients of all ages and backgrounds for general orthopedic concerns and neurological conditions.
Dr. Tat earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Texas at Austin. She then continued with her doctoral training in physician therapy at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, Texas.
As a physical therapist, Dr. Tat emphasizes the exercise-based approach to physical rehabilitation, and utilizes instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization and manual therapy as needed to give you long-term pain relief. In order to facilitate better recovery, she actively listens to your needs and concerns, focusing on helping you reach your goals.
Dr. Tat takes great pride in being a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association, striving to improve upon her techniques and skills in physical therapy.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her dog and fishes, cooking for her friends and family, and participating in recreational swimming, tennis, and volleyball.
